Progressive ( as in loony lefty ) researcher and / or writer wanted to help write the umpteenth book on the success story of the Democratic party. Funny how all of them are crawling out of the woodwork to stake a claim to their piece of the pie. At this moment, the realization strikes me that there's very little difference between right-wing and left-wing pundits. I miss the old days ( that's before Nov 2006 ), when only true believers in progressive ideology were brave enough to be proud of liberals and liberalism. Ok. Rant over.
